大语言模型最核心的技术Transformer架构是谁发明的？

是Google研究团队（8位研究者）2017年提出。
Transformer 架构���大优势是什么？
特别适合 GPU 并行计算。
这让大语言模型成为可能。
因为模型终于挣脱了束缚，
可以越做越大，
几万亿参数。

但是真正把Transformer架构规模化推向极致的是：
OpenAI。
2018年，OpenAI发布第一代GPT，
为什么不是Google做了这件事，而是OpenAI？

但是这条技术路线杨立昆不完全认同，
为什么？
他认为现在的大语言模型是在不断的预测下一个token，
比如，
我今天早上喝了一杯___
GPT 的任务就是预测：
咖啡
然后下一步：
我今天早上喝了一杯咖啡___
可能预测：
。
GPT在不断计算下一个 token 的概率分布
杨立昆在想GPT的下一代是什么？
是：JEPA。

什么是JEPA？
例如：
GPT一般解决：
猫正在追一只____
预测：
老鼠
JEPA��解决的问题是：
猫正在追逐老鼠，
预测：
猫和老鼠的距离进一步缩小
老鼠要逃跑
可能发生追逐
这就是JEPA和LLM的区别吗？
LLM现在也可以做到这种预测。
JEPA和LLM到底有什么区别？
举一个现实中的例子：
一个篮球向你飞来，你会把篮球接住。
但是你接篮球时会在大脑中说话吗？
“根据当前篮球的位置，
其运动方向约为右前方，
根据牛顿力学，
预测0.6秒以后……”
JEPA是：
视觉
↓
大脑形成空间状态
↓
预测球的位置
↓
手移动
整个过程甚至没有语言。
LeCun 想要的世界模型更接近这种能力。
LLM更像能够把世界描述出来、推理出来的语言系统。

罗永浩和贾国龙将进入司法程序吗？
目前网上信息没有得到官方证实，
是一位网络博主的爆料。
罗永浩和贾国龙是否会走入司法程序，
感觉有很大可能。

如果进入司法程序，
未来谁赢谁输？

贾国龙起诉罗永浩什么？
由于目前没有得到官方的证实，
所以只能推测。
推测可能是名誉权纠纷，
而不是商业诋毁纠纷。
商业诋毁要求原被告之间存在"竞争关系"，
罗永浩并非餐饮同业经营者，
这一条举证门槛高、难成立。
名誉权纠纷不要求竞争关系，
企业法人同样享有名誉权，
更适合本案。

根据我国的法律，
罗永浩侵犯了西贝的名誉权了吗？
西贝的举证和论述是什么？
我在网上看到的西贝举证论述：
1.事实性断言失实："几乎全都是预制菜"。
2.贬损性评价："实在是太恶心了"等表述，
被认为超出消费者批评的合理尺度。
3.行为超出"普通吐槽"范畴：
贾国龙方面刻意区分罗永浩的"消费者身份"与"博主行为"，
强调其多次发文、千万粉丝传播、悬赏10万元公开征集"证据"，
已利用影响力放大了伤害，
不属于正常消费评价。

贾国龙的诉求是什么？
推测：
1.停止侵害、删除相关微博；
2.公开赔礼道歉、消除影响、恢复名誉；
3.赔偿经济损失。
这一点最受关注，
西贝主张2025年9月至2026年3月累计亏损超6亿元、关店约四成，
若其试图将经营损失与罗的言论挂钩，索赔金额可能不低，
但具体数字目前没有任何可靠信源证实，不宜猜测。

有几个疑问：
1.罗的言论难道不是消费者监督权/批评权的正当行使吗？
2."几乎全都是预制菜"算主观感受还是事实陈述？
罗并不是凭空捏造，他是"体验型事实推断"，不是凭空捏造事实。
罗并不是在声称自己掌握了后厨情报，而是作为食客，
基于"吃到嘴里的味道"对制作方式作出的推断。
这类似于消费者说"这肉不新鲜""这鱼是死鱼做的"。
形式上是事实断言，实质上是感官经验的延伸。
司法实践对这类"基于真实消费体验的推断"容忍度较高，
关键看体验本身是否真实、推断是否明显离谱。
3.西贝的经营损失与罗的言论之间有无��果关系、关系多大。
罗批评的企业有点多，
他批评过苹果，
当众砸过西门子的冰箱，
但是有企业反过来找他赔偿吗？
悬，很悬。

我并不想学习大模型开发相关的技术。
技术人员追求新技术，是一件很正常的事情。
我和大模型开发只相距一个500元的教程，
我看了两天，决定不学了，
这个世界不在乎多一个大模型开发的程序员。
我现在更喜欢AI芯片、数据、工程管理。
一个好的工程管理，可以提高整个产品的“质量”和创新。

这几天X上嘲讽谷歌公司的模型Gemini，看到舆论翻盘了，谷歌的Gemini 4.0 要来了，��部测试数据泄露，无比强大。
大模型就是这样，感觉毫无技术含量，落后和追赶都已经有既定的技术套路。据说，Claude和chatgpt的升级，都内部沟通好了，你升级一个版本，然后我升级一个版本，从竞争性升级变成预谋性升级。
