我现在一个人，同时在经营五个品牌。
不招人，不压库存，也不熬夜。
昨天，我的宠物品牌 AI 工作流正式跑通了：它每天自己上网去挖不同犬种主人的痛点，自己结合反馈出设计，自己把风格做垂直，自己发帖，自己盯数据。我睡觉的时候，它还在上班。

毕业那年，我和所有做时尚梦的人一样，想当下一个 John Galliano、下一个 Yohji。后来两次把时间和钱全部 all in 一个品牌，最后都悄无声息地沉了。

做过服装的人都知道这行最痛的是什么：先猜流行，再下大单，再压库存，最后打折清仓。一季猜错，一年白干。

AI 把这个顺序倒过来了。先找到真实的需求，再设计，再小批量对接工厂，卖得动再追单。工厂不用再赌爆款，品牌不用再囤货，设计师不用再拿青春去赌一次运气。

以前，三分钟热度、什么都想做，是缺点。
现在，它是我最大的优势。

主线做梗犬，另外开了玩具犬、户外机能、人宠同款，目前五条线，而且还会继续裂变。SPARKPAWS 靠给一只头大脖子粗的法斗做衣服做成了品牌，我想做的是让 AI 不停地找到下一只“法斗”，每找到一个细分人群，就长出一个新品牌。

传统服装业缺的从来不是工厂和手艺，缺的是把需求和供给连起来的速度。这件事，AI 刚刚开始做。

一个人，一支 AI 军团，无限个品牌。

花了5天的时间，终于把我的Agent自动化流水线做完啦哈哈。

起因是因为我的Agent自动化任务实在太多了，有直接在桌面端里定时触发的的，有Webhook然后用后台CLI触发的，还有在Dots里面设的等等等等，所以我想给自己做一个可视化的Agent自动化管理界面。

第一版先做成了普通网页列表，但是感觉太没意思了，于是灵感大爆炸...想到了戴森球计划，于是，那不如做成一个可视化的流水线吧，平时还能加个小屏幕，当个桌搭用。

说干就干，在调个N版美术风格之后，还是选定用这种微缩景观风格了，我觉得更有趣一点。

整体���说，流水线就是预设的自动化，有包裹发出去就是具体的对应单次任务，会路由到两个Agent上做执行，并且跟现实世界时间和天气完全打通，现实下雪❄️，那这个自动化小镇里也会下雪。

工作上主要是Claude Opus 5.5搭整体的视觉和框架，然后Opus 5.5指挥GPT-6 Astra建模+渲染，Codex在我自己的CI机上做海量的端到端测试，整体应该是用了30%的Claude周额度，和两管Codex额度。

最后，终于做完啦，顺道还渲染了一个小小的演示视频～
