Compelled to share the extremely pathetic experience I am having with @makemytrip customer care. It’s two years since Aeroflot refunded my COVID 19 affected June 2020 tickets to the booking agents, while Goibibo & Yatra had seamless refund process, MMT is totally unresponsive
