As a Brazilian-born American citizen, I feel a responsibility to warn my fellow Americans about the dangers of authoritarianism and the erosion of freedom.

I have witnessed firsthand the political turmoil in Brazil, and I refuse to remain silent when I see warning signs that concern me here in the United States.

Agora me ligaram da @Drogaria_SP e eu tive que ensinar como uma empresa idônea deve agir quando erra: reembolse o cliente, peça desculpas pelo erro e dê-lhe algum brinde como pedido de desculpas. Não explique que o cartão de crédito demora, etc.; isso é problema da empresa. Mas os imbecis brasileiros preferem perder o cliente, além de que esse cliente será uma fonte de propaganda negativa.
