The Three Colts pub was on fire this afternoon. @ECFRS reported they were alerted at 16:49 and sent 5 appliances to the scene and found "50% of the ground floor alight." @EssexPoliceUK have said a man has been arrested on suspicion of arson. They're appealing for info/cam footage

#EppingForest, like most of South, Central & West Essex (and London) move into Tier 3 from Wednesday morning. This roughly means exactly the same as now, except all cafes, restaurants, pubs and bars will have to CLOSE (apart from takeaway and food delivery services). Shops open.
