We introduced a constitutional amendment to clarify the 14th Amendment. A person born in the United States is “subject to the jurisdiction” of the United States and eligible for citizenship ONLY if at least one parent is a U.S. citizen, a U.S. national, or a lawful permanent resident.

Children of illegal immigrants will no longer receive automatic citizenship simply by being born on American soil.

We cannot continue to allow this systematic abuse of the Constitution at the expense of the American people.

This is correct. I attended the Supreme Court arguments. Trump DOJ argued alongside Bayer/Monsanto that because the EPA had already blessed glyphosate, no state government could require labels disclosing cancer risk. The EPA & DOJ in this instance was only there to protect Bayer.

Nobody died is the truth, but a lot of fraud, funding bioweapons and foreign government interference was stopped.

Many lives were saved as a result of stopping the bad parts of USAID funding. The parts of funding that have some chance of doing good remain in place and were transferred to the State Department.

But let’s be honest, the missing ingredient is mass deportations with full-spectrum immigration enforcement.

Paper victories mean nothing without the will to execute in earnest.

Planes, buses, ships, workplace raids, benefit cutoffs, and zero tolerance for catch-and-release games.

Without that fortitude, these invaders simply wait us out, overwhelm the system, and win by demographic default.
