@SmythsToysUK unfortunately you use #Evri as your delivery company...my parcel has been lost/stolen by them. I would like a refund and I won't be ordering from you again as long as you choose them to delivery your customers items

@ASOS paid for part of an order with a gift voucher, I returned the item and the refund was processed. My bank account was refunded but not the gift voucher..."customer care" is a useless robot online chat...help please!!

@PetsatHome @lennyshez Seems the staff are making up the rules to avoid honouring the discount, as mentioned you have to provide ID and be approved for the blue light card in the first place!! @bluelightcard
