Congratulations to @CivilWarJon and @lyd_davis on the publication of this @uvapress book. As Jon's colleague and Lydia's prof., it's been a pleasure to watch them collaborate. Their book represents the incredible potential of the liberal arts education @CNUcaptains offers.
JMC fellow @CivilWarJon and @lyd_davis have recently co-edited a collection of correspondence from Harriet M. Buss, a teacher of former slaves in the South during the Civil War and Reconstruction. The volume is available for order now! #newbook#nonfiction https://t.co/tU8ZBdMaB5

It just occurred to me that this election is following the plot of The Notebook:
- A white house
- Mail that wasn’t received
- A lot of fighting
- It wasn’t over
- It still isn’t over
