@KyleMau It's useful not to be a pussy, imho. Put on the fn gloves and jacket and walk across the crisp ice while the world holds its breath, what's better than that. We're WAY too comfortable, our bodies were built to sweat and shiver!
@SamaHoole 5am for the first, long round. I do it for the morning light, the birds' cacophony, time with the husband and later on in the day to aid digestion and counter the effects of sitting all day. Definitely not for the calories, it's useless for kcal when you're fit.

@ElieJarrougeMD Walking with the husband as soon as I roll out of bed, before I/we go to the gym. 1.5 hours a day on the weekends and 40 mins on workdays. Before, I used to enjoy my first cuppa doomscrolling, now it's outside in nature.
@fw_naetoblaq Lifestyle is a big one. Walking in green areas, journaling, meditation. NAC helps with obsessive thoughts. An audiobook of something I've read before helps distract me. It's been a journey but finally my sleep's great and I feel fantastic because of it.
