BREAKING: FedEx driver who pleaded guilty to kidnapping and murdering 7-year-old Athena Strand, has been sentenced to death.

Tanner Horner snatched Athena while he was delivering a Barbie doll to her home in Paradise, Texas.

At one point during the trial, jurors broke down in tears while hearing audio of Horner killing Athena after he told her to take off her shirt and said she was "really pretty."

Athena repeatedly asked for her mother before she was killed.

"Horner is then heard asking Athena to remove her shirt, and there are several moments when she says "no" and asks for her mom. That was followed by repeated sounds of crying, screaming and banging," NBC reported last month.

Following three hours of deliberation today, Horner was sentenced to death by lethal injection.

The call is between Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass and John Alle, a property manager and whistleblower in the Pacific Palisades, Westlake and MacArthur Park areas

John Alle contacted Karen Bass to warn her about extreme fire risks due to weather conditions like high winds and dry brush

Karen Bass tells him to “read between the lines,” “hold tight,” and that “you will understand soon.”

She knew something was coming, almost like a planned fire (many believe the land grab)

This call is interpreted as her knowing serious fire danger was imminent but not wanting to discuss what was about to happen openly….

As long as Greg Abbott, Dan Patrick, John Cornyn, and Ted Cruz stay silent on the real issues destroying Texas, I’m done with every single one of them.

These are federal failures being exploited at the state level — and Texas tax dollars, our tax dollars, are being used to replace us in our own state.

These four should be the loudest voices in America demanding this stops. Instead they’re quiet. They’re complicit.

Until they grow a spine and fight for Texas, I will fight for Texas at their expense.
