@ukinqatar The UK government seem to have forgotten about all the UK nationals in Qatar, this is extremely concerning. My daughter cannot get a flight home, any attempt to book a commercial flight get cancelled, she’s on her own and very scared.

@qatarairways what is the possibility of my daughters flight now going next week? It was supposed to go on Sunday 15th March from DOH to LHR but has been cancelled. We’re extremely concerned and worried we will not get her home.

@joshfromky @British_Airways They did the same to us on Thursday too Josh, they cannot trace our bags and we’ve had to X them to get any customer service! We’ve had to board a cruise with Zero luggage. Good luck 🤞

@British_Airways Your link showed 1 of 2 bags was to be delivered yesterday, and it didn’t turn up. 1 bag showing delivery tomorrow and the other is lost! Poor service, no explanation, your Heathrow team know before we left on Thursday the bags were not on the plane. Utterly unacceptable

@British_Airways lost baggage, no communication and about to join a cruise in Miami BA! 2 days of this, London and Miami teams don’t communicate and we get lied to and the runaround. Poor poor customer service BA!

@British_Airways We’ve been here 2 days, we heading to our cruise now, we’ve had no updates except mixed messages from the day we left Heathrow. We have no physical was of contacting the Uk. Our special holiday has been ruined, you have no idea the impact this has had.

@allbarone very poor customer service at a completely empty All Bar One, at Exchange SQ, Edinburgh. Attempted to just get drink at 3pm, but after the staff deliberated, we left as they were going to be busy at 430pm. No one in the place!
