@virginmedia all households on our estate down since this morning. Despite each of us phoning and advising not a lone problem each of us has had an engineer booked for Tuesday morning when this is clearly a widespread problem…….exasperating!

@nationalrailenq Your new app? Awful! How it got through (did it go through any?) user testing? I do not know! The font it far too large so you can’t really get more than the next 2/3 ‘Live Departures’ without copious scrolling. You can’t check ‘earlier’, only later.
