May is Hypermobility Spectrum Disorder (HSD) Awareness Month. Those with hypermobility have a large range of joint motion (often confused with flexibility). Those with HSD also have musculoskeletal symptoms, such as chronic pain. #HSDawareness #hypermobility

It’s #WorldLizardDay! My crested gecko is 14 years old and likes to lick the spoon after I mix up his food. I just got my plated lizard in November and don’t know her age. She’s very active during the day and loves to dig and throw her substrate everywhere.
