@clarkey7163@IssaBreh In college I had a group member that constantly asked how to do basic stuff and used an apple watch with lecture presentations to cheat on exams
@Unluckybones@Penepelgi@Naglfar94Games Again incorrect, you absolutely can disallow certain uses when granting commercial use, look at the law instead of just vibing what you feel it should be
@ThaddeusThek@michal_jares@AnCapShow Actually kind of fun and terrible broken games if ai isn't used aren't remotely the same thing, just take a look at some of the worse asset flip games on steam and you'll notice a trend with ai disclosures
@Unluckybones@Penepelgi@Naglfar94Games You retain copyright as an artist, with that copyright you have control over what it can be used for, thats why companies like disney has sued for having their copyrighted work used to train ai, individual artists aren't any different
@Unluckybones@Penepelgi@Naglfar94Games No, if you have any explicit statement that commissioning does not give commercial rights that is entirely legally enforceable and you will lose if you try and fight it
@michal_jares@AnCapShow I can assure you artists do not, ai users do, actual artists despise ai and even if it's lacking in features a human made game is a million times better than an ai one
@AnCapShow I dont care about built in generators for speeding up coding you'd already be doing manually, the issue is most of these people are just vibe coding the majority of their code with no idea how it functions under the hood
