SB1416 does nothing to address the real problems with family court. Until a bill addresses the issues for both sides family court only benefits greedy divorce attorneys.

However having been involved in this matter for 10 yrs I can tell u women who married decades ago generally don't. This is why so many MSA's addressed this. SB1416 will retroactively disrupt those agreements. This bill will be argued as unconstitutional

Of Assets? Try getting the money up front when the assets have been dissipated. SB 1416 does not protect those where assets have been dissipated. wake up and smell the coffee.
