Yesterday, the UN's top humanitarian official delivered his assessment of Israel's barbaric war against the Palestinian people, intentionally making life unlivable in Gaza.
This will be a permanent stain on the world’s conscience.
Please take a moment to watch:
Amnesty International’s new landmark report concludes that Israeli authorities have committed – and still are committing - genocide against Palestinians in the occupied Gaza Strip.
Full report, out now.

BREAKING: The International Criminal Court has issued arrest warrants for Israel's Netanyahu and Gallant as well as Hamas officials, accusing them of war crimes https://t.co/7OJv0fhtcs
The forthcoming attacks on the ICC will demonstrate who is complicit in the crimes against humanity and war crimes and genocide. Watch Ursula von der Leyen and the rest closely!
“The drones would come down and pick off civilians – children.”
A former NHS surgeon, Nizam Mamode, who spent a month working in Nasser Hospital in southern Gaza, broke down while testifying about children in Gaza being shot by drones.
Delighted to be able to present my poster based on my MCh thesis at #HIPFEST2024@noca_irl. Lots of fantastic ideas presented during the day!
Thank you @ConorHurson for the continued support. Looking forward to getting this thesis over the line soon!
I rarely praise the Guardian but this is a extraordinary visual investigation of the sheer level of destruction in Gaza:

Absolutely crystal clear when you look through it that the objective is to render the place utterly inhabitable, and destroy Palestinian civil society. Places destroyed are homes, mosques, schools, hospitals, cemeteries, historical landmarks, supermarkets, etc. Everything that makes up a community.
Complete disconnect from the stated goal of fighting Hamas.
“Children with… open fractures, partial amputations, open chest wounds, horrendous lacerations… and burns. And that was every day.” Dr Deborah Harrington recently spent 2 weeks in a Gaza hospital. “I feel ashamed and shocked that we’re doing this to fellow humans,” she told me.
You can only mine a university like this if it's not an active fighting zone, otherwise you'd bomb it.
Meaning destroying the university wasn't done to hunt Hamas fighters there but instead as part of an effort to destroy Gazan civil society, presumably to prevent the eventual resumption of normal life.
This is further confirmed by the fact that ALL universities in Gaza have now been damaged or destroyed.
"It is becoming ever clearer that huge swathes of Gaza, entire towns, villages, refugee camps, are being wiped from the map"
