@Airtel_Presence My Service Request No. 11028860638 has been closed without resolution. No one attended the issue and my Wi-Fi problem is still pending. Kindly reopen the complaint and resolve it ASAP. This is very disappointing.

@MSEDCL Complaint #0000037431246 closed without resolving the real issue. My meter has been faulty since Sep 2023 and has not been replaced. I'm being billed on average charges for over a year—which violates MERC rules 13.4.3 & 15.4.1. Pls address urgently and correct my bills.
