Factually inaccurate. JJ was not pronounced guilty in Supreme Court, there is nothing as supreme court magistrate. Only judge. Karunanidhi in my personal opinion got lucky or smart by his cases were not pressed upon. Yes to date he is not proven guilty. But the public perception is something else. By this I don’t mean tvk is any saint. Their scams will come to light soon.

Great news for Temple Devotees!

In 2024, I had challenged G.O. No. 336 issued by the then DMK Government authorizing a shopping complex to be built right in of the Eastern Raja Gopuram of Sri Arunachaleswarar Temple - utilizing Rs. 6.40 Crores of Temple Funds. I and Shri Allikuttai Radhakrishnan had challenged the said G.O. through separate PILs.

The Hon'ble Division Bench was pleased to stay the construction right in the beginning. After coming to power TVK Government through Hon'ble Minister @RameshOffcl announced the withdrawal of the approvals given to many shopping complex projects announced earlier. Recently, TVK Govt represented in the Court regarding the withdrawal of earlier offensive G.O. 336 of 2023 through G.O. No. 58 dated 19.06.2026.

Today the Hon'ble Judges Justice Shri G. Jayachandran and Justice Shri E. Manoharan, hearing this matter, directed the Commissioner of @tnhrcedept and the District Collector of Tiruvannamalai to coordinate with the Public Works Department (PWD) to return the Rs.9.40 Crores deposited with PWD - back to Sri Arunachaleswarar Temple with any interest applicable.

Once again Hon'ble Madras High Court has come to protect Hindu temples, their funds and properties.

This is a phenomenal development where an illegal proposal was not only stayed and subsequently withdrawn - but the temple funds involved also ordered to be returned.

Good news from Madurai!

My PIL challenging the order of the Commissioner of @tnhrcedept unblocking TEMPLE LANDS of 4 temples in Karur District - for registration by the occupants - came up today. My counsel @niranjanlaw Niranjan Rajagopalan argued. Similarly case filed by Shri P Bhaskar opposing the said Commissioner's order and the HR&CE Department's unlawful moves came up together and was argued by none other than our Dharmic Lawyer B Jagannath.

The Hon'ble Division Bench was pleased to tag both the matters with the earlier petition filed by Shri Allikuttai Radhakrishnan, renowned Temple Activist and posted the same for further hearing on the 11th of August.

Very soon, we are hopeful of saving and safeguarding the 3085 acres of temple lands in Karur which the Commissioner, Secretary and other Govt Officials failed to protect.

First of all it is NOT Muthulakshmi Reddy's house. It is a dilapidated building in the 32 Ground property of Bharani Deepa Kattalai (Endowment) of Tiruvannamalai Sri Arunachaleswarar Temple - in Adayar, Chennai.

This very valuable property (do the math - one ground of land is said to be Rs. 5 Crores in Adayar) worth Rs.150 Crores cannot be given to Adayar Cancer Institute to renovate this booth bungalow - just like that.
32 grounds x 2400 sq. ft x Rs. 12700 per square foot (guideline value) turns out to be Rs. 97.54 Crores. Commercial rent as per HR&CE Rules is Rs. 29.26 lakhs per month.

Sri Arunachaleswarar Temple, Tiruvannamalai is being administered from 13.12.1951 by FRAUD by TN Govt and @tnhrcedept - That continuing FRAUD cannot be a license to accommodate Adayar Cancer Institute to keep that house and surrounding area.

It is unfortunate that the Commissioner - HR&CE - in 2024 - during DMK rule- miserably failed to defend this temple property in Court as he ought to have.
