@JDVance We are in & need you in Sir.
Thank you for always emphasizing the enormous sacrifices & contributions of the military spouses & family's.
But please, "DO NOT IGNORE the DIVORCE FEDERAL REACH INTO ONLY ONE DEMOGRAPHIC GROUP,
"The Divorced Military Spouses & Families." Due to this Federal Reach In (created prior to MAGA & MAHA) this group of divorced Patriots & Mil children are subject to ABJECT POVERTY & CRUSHING DEBT.

Military divorce rates for active-duty personnel remain steady at approximately 3–3.5% annually (roughly 19,000–21,000 divorces per year), higher than civilian averages and higher among enlisted personnel, and certain branches.

Post-retirement, the VA waiver requirement—where veterans must forgo an equal amount of military retirement pay to receive disability compensation/DISABILITY PAY—frequently reduces the “disposable military retired pay” the only money $ jar, state courts use to award & configure equitible, fair and just division of assets to the soon to be divorced parties.

Most often based on the 1986 Uniformed Armed Forces Spousal Protection Act & State Child Support Averages w/ Incomes plugged in used to result in a fair division of assests & debts.

Combat-Related Special Compensation (CRSC) formerly military retirement pay is now disability pay & is not divisible as marital property, often forcing ex-spouses to return to court to modify child support and spousal support. This is due to sudden drops in State Ordered Support or No, ZERO state ordered support coming in at all. Fed trumps State.

No warning is legally required. This can happen to anyone," IF," you are a divorced military spouse,

The Divorced Military Spouses are the ONLY Demographic group in which the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT reaches into state divorce post the final state dissolution of the marraige & post-equitible/equal final judgment.

With 95,000 CRSC (Type of DISABILITY) recipients and nearly 900,000 retirees receiving some form of concurrent receipt out of "2 million total retirees, TENS OF THOUSAND'S of Divorced Spouses and Children are estimated to be affected, leading to sudden income drops that can contribute to bankruptcy, homelessness, financial hardship, opportunities, and generational poverty risks for the civilian ex-spouse’s household.

The length of marraige, cause of divorce, or civilan spouses contribution are NEVER PART of the EQUATION, Pre-Nups or prior equitible distribution to include child support ordered by a STATE Judge does not negate the FEDERAL Waiver of Pay.

The only constant is the state ordered debt assigned to the divorced civilan who is now without the resouces to pay this crushing debt.

Court costs to modify support post waiver of pay typically range from $5,000–$10,000 when contested, whether seeking changes to child support or spousal support.

This would occur under the heading," Change of Circumstances Due to Waivers of Pay." These battles excepting some portion of the child support(sometimes all) are typically lost. Federal Law Out Ranks State Law.

Or: We former proud military spouses are SUDDENLY eligible for food stamps & welfare after years of co-service in support of our country.

Many younger as well as long-term 20/20/20 spouses remain unaware of this post-divorce trap until it directly impacts their finances years later.

See Fattore vs. Fattore NJ a Vietnam Veteran Spouse affected by the Federal Waiver of Pay.

This is a unacceptable federal loophole, be aware, spread the word and stand for the patriotic divorced spouses and children please. Thank you.

Same mayor. Same week. Two Bronx cases.

Det. Jose Mercedes, 33. Off-duty NYPD. Stabbed 7 times in Norwood by two illegal Dominican nationals.

Mamdani’s response: a hospital visit. A get-well line.

Oscar Belgal, 28. Dominican national. In the country illegally. Grand larceny conviction. Drug case still open. DHS says Trinitarios ties.

Thursday, ICE moved to arrest him in Marble Hill. ICE says he rammed their vehicles and drove at officers. They shot him. He lived. A 5-year-old in the back seat was not hurt.

Mamdani’s response: a nighttime press conference. Two hours on the phone with Trump trying to get him released. Called ICE “rotten to its core.” Said abolish it. Called Belgal a New Yorker.

A citizen bled on a Bronx sidewalk and got a visit. An illegal with a record got the mayor begging the President to set him free. Mamdani is clear what his priorities are and it’s not real New Yorkers.

Today we remember the innocent lives murdered by Hamas terrorists on October 7, 2023, and honor the heroes who risked everything to save others.

We remember. We stand with Israel. 🇺🇸🇮🇱

So many young people who only wanted to dance and enjoy life. They never imagined it would be their last dance. Palestinians murdered them in cold blood.

May their memory be a blessing 🕯💔

Steak n Shake just did what the rest of the industry is too scared to do:

Every bun is seed-oil free, soaked in butter, wrapped around a grass-fed, grass-finished Steakburger.

They proved better food doesn’t have to cost more.

The rest of you have no excuse left.

What is going on Arlo? My system on Starlink shuts off, volume stops when the home is empty. Last Tues siren went off, one could hear my door code being put in and upon arriving home received notice those clips under both device & feed are unavailable. 🚨 BREAKING: Governor DeSantis is calling for the IMMEDIATE IMPEACHMENT of Judge Tiffany Baker.

🚨INCREDIBLE: A father storms a docked 56-foot yacht and rescues his missing 14-year-old daughter after 26 days of hell, cracking open a massive human trafficking ring!

In December 2024, 14-year-old Emmarae Gervasi disappeared from her Patchogue, Long Island home barefoot and without a jacket after stepping outside.

For 26 straight days, her devoted father Frank refused to give up, offering a $15,000 reward, driving local streets day and night, and pleading for answers across social media.

On January 3, 2025, Frank received an anonymous tip claiming his daughter was being held captive on a docked vessel in Islip.

Without waiting for police, Frank rushed to the marina, forced his way onto the 56-foot boat named The Phoenix, and held his daughter in his arms once again.

Authorities arrested 65-year-old boat owner Francis Buckheit on charges of rape, kidnapping, and child endangerment.

As the investigation expanded, prosecutors uncovered a network of perpetrators who allegedly exploited and traded the teenager for cash and drugs while she was missing.

By mid-2026, law enforcement had arrested 13 individuals connected to the trafficking operation, with defendants facing heavy federal and state charges!

A father's relentless, unyielding love saved his daughter's life when seconds mattered most!

96% of Jews in Poland were murdered by the Nazis. That is genocide.

3% of Gaza’s population, mostly male combatants, died in the war they started. That is not genocide.

I’m back.

I want to thank everyone who spoke up on my behalf, I am truly blown away by the support I received.

I also want to thank the X team who entered into a thoughtful discussion with me about content and their decision-making process.

I have given my feedback to their team and it was well received.

It is incredibly important that we are allowed to share news, no matter how awful, sad, or infuriating that news may be.

I will not stop reporting on violent crime and making sure victims receive justice.

Too often, certain crimes receive far too little attention because of the race of the attacker and/or the race of the victim.

X is a place where stories can get out into the open that the mainstream media ignores due to their biases.

I saw it first-hand during Hurricane Helene 2 years ago when the media left early and I was one of the few left reporting on the aftermath, months later.

X is the most important platform on earth because it is the most free platform on earth.

Do not stop sharing stories you feel deserve to be heard, I certaintly won’t be stopping.

You have a voice and you can, and do, make real world change by using it.

Don’t stop.

Thank you all.

🚨 JUST IN: Sec. Scott Bessent is now moving to BAN anyone that receives government assistance from wiring money out of the country after Somali fraudsters were caught in Minnesota

"If you are wiring out of the country, you're either getting TOO MUCH or you're part of this CONSPIRACY! We're gonna find out!"

"Our generosity has been TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF!" 💯

"From now on, anyone who wires money out from one of these money service businesses has to check a box saying whether they are on public assistance."

"And if you are on public assistance, we are going to start pushing that you cannot wire money out of the country."
