Any datapoint when this works and when rather not? Homogenous vs. more diverse? General advice was to keep teams small.

@TweetsOfSumit Ofc in a bootstrapped entity this feels very wrong, but probably at some point there is a tax situation where adding that "employment in your own company"-contract doesn't hurt as much.
@TweetsOfSumit Income from employment (they look at past 2 calendar yrs + YTD), saved up Eigenkapital, partner (married) w/ income. They compare sum of income w/ installments + cost of living.

As startups grow there is extremely strong pull into what I call the death spiral of bullshit.
More people -> more teams -> more buy-in required -> more meetings -> being persuasive rewarded more than building -> builders leave -> nothing gets done
