My Fav Systems:
Rest system: sleeping at waking up at the same time everyday (still working on this)
Relax system: Off-work ritual at end of day. Walks during the day.
Exercise system: Lift 6 days a week, rest one day. Gym+Sauna+Cold Shower
10. If you hang around someone & feel like your energy was zapped out of your body take that as a signal to not hang around that person anymore.
11. Your diet consists of the food you put into your body, the information you take in & the friends you hang around.
Drinking coffee, thinking, and journaling in the morning. It's when I actively reflect on what I read and think about my life.
This morning I'm reminding myself of the three resources of time, money, and flexibility. I think too much about $, not enuff bout time & flexibility
