@JJAB91xx After his voice changed several videos ago, a lot of his humor also shifted. It also feels like everything is slower, less sensory overload. Just, worse.
Is this actually Max0r?
@S3c3S0852@90sManiax The NA version of FF came out in 1990. The SNES came out the following year, and not wanting to release games on the NES, chose to release FFIV and label it as FFII and made it easier.
Then they skipped FFV because they thought it was too hard, and labeled FFVI as FFIII.
@Repps_05@CattailXC You know how FEH has a very limited number of heroes on the field?
This game, is worse. You get three. And one is an imposter. And you only ever get to control one. Because in their infinite wisdom, Nintendo made an Amoung Us clone out of Fire Emblem. And furries for reasons.
@HixsonZ@kryfton It's one of two recurring issue with most of their translations. The other is amping up the difficulty significantly. Oddly enough, this is one of the few cases where they DROPPED the difficulty pretty significantly, and it's still pretty hard.
@reddit_lies When it still ran, the old jr high was a multi building campus. 5th grade had a building, same for 6th, and the 7th and 8th had the main building.
There were five others. A cafeteria, the ABC headstart (pre-pre kindergarten), a computer room, one for alpha, and a band room.
@reddit_lies Once upon a time, the old jr high in my town was a blacks only school, so it's in the old rundown part of town, had issues often enough that they finally got fed up. Bought a few homes near the High School and built a new jr high. The old one is now in shambles.
@SWT_Channel Breath of Fire 1&2 desperately need a full text rework like the Lufias are getting for the exact same reason.
A lot of text in both SNES games are both heavily truncated and over sized, and the translations are to put it lightly some of the worst on the system.
@TheDavidVinc I'm fine with it as long as two points are fixed.
1: all text or graphical censorship from the originals is removed.
2: any graphical glitches present in the US version Lufia 2 is repaired, if you know you know.
@TheDarkEnjoyer Some might complain on this, but it's an honestly worthwhile thing if you can prove how bad the current curriculum in schools is and what can be improved.
@2sallads Then there's the fact the modding community LONG since fixed the issue of not having enough C-Button space by using the D-Pad, some even used the L button as a sort of shift key.
There were PLENTY of options. Having less selectable space for items than the GB games was a mistake.
@ranbpa0 There was an RPG Maker game that was this called It's Our Revolution that's pretty much this. You have to manage the ever expanding conga line, ram into your group and everyone from that point back has to be recruited again. Beat an area boss and the monsters can be recruited.
@AlysssaHazel My father's been wanting to see it for years now, but since it's only on Amazon Prime I've been able to prevent it from happening (he's mostly computer illiterate). He's in his 80's and such a massive Tolkin fan I'm honestly terrified he would die of a broken heart watching it.
@Jayson562iscool@true_johno Okay, so many years in the past, the 'mon that causes the "make pokemon go massive" effect was running rampant, and got sealed by the box art legendarys.
Fast forward, and this guy wants to let it out to maybe stop an energy crisis 1,000 years away.
It goes as well as you think.
