@jaynapocket Vegerot makes the most sense if you're using "Kakarot" as the translation of Goku's saiyan name. Unfortunately, it also makes me think of rotting vegetables.
@the_senate4292 The idea that the empire conquered the old republic is one such hallucination that not only doesn't exist, there's evidence contradicting it. After announcing the senate dissolved, Tarkin says something like "the last vestiges of the Old Republic have been swept away."
@Mayfuel I believe Sifo Dyas was supposed to be a Sido Dyas which was supposed to clue the audience that it's a pseudonym for Sidious. Someone transcribed it wrong, and George Lucas saw it and liked it better.
@fawfulfan Where in the film does it say they use a slower backup hyperdrive? The explanation is just they didn't use hyperspace at all to get to Bespin.
@patchfacee People will act like the Gaang + Iroh are devils for not "redeeming" Azula, but they're never clear on what they could've done, or give them grace for keeping a colonizing would-be firelord in prison while they work on decolonizing the Earth Kingdom.
@EllenFWalker George Lucas is a car guy. When he thinks about a teen missing out on fun, he thinks of not being able to get new parts for whatever vehicle he's working on.
@soncharm There's an imperial senate the imperial Navy is still concerned about and Darth Vader wants to know the location of the base they attacked Scarrif from.
@otaku_hoe69 What does her hallucinating her mother who disappeared saying "I love you" imply? Seems like Ursa loved her and Azula knew it. Compare that to Zuko's hallucinations where Azula is a blue dragon who bites him.
@Faelo_oo Daniel Dae Kim being on the show was a big selling point and I think the writers were thinking they had to beef up his role. Unfortunately the writers are hacks and they thought they had to make Ozai conflicted in order to give Daniel Dae Kim more to work with.
