@HDFCBank_Cares a few months back, I had to tweet about my problem , only then my work got done at the branch. Why are the bank employees are so insensitive about the customer complaints? Why do we have to tweet about our problems everytime?

@HDFCBank_Cares all the personnel were very responsive during opening an account, once the problems started setting in, everyone stopped responding. I have been mailing the manager for so long, still no action has been taken on my request.

@HDFCBank_Cares I hav been making repeated requests to d bank manager of sadar branch Nagpur to resolve an issue both personally as wel as on mail, to which d manager isn't responding. I am fed of banking with hdfc bank and do not wish to continue.
