Bronchial artery embolization is best treatment modality for chronic hemoptysis. We did BAE in a patient of Post Tuberculosis patient with chronic hemoptysis. We first localise the culprit feeding bronchial arteries and then multiple coils were placed. Now pt is asymptomatic.
