@patriciohenchan @DerrickEvans4WV Tearing down the GM HQ building isn't a for sure thing yet, and it's because they moved into a nicer, more modern building for their HQ. It's more towards the center of the city too, closer to where all the action is with the sports stadiums, restaurants, new stores, etc.

@patriciohenchan @DerrickEvans4WV Maybe only judging the city and the surrounding area based on what you see from the freeway is not entirely fair. I've lived in the metro Detroit area my whole life, and it's a nice place to live. Crime is way down too, downtown area has turned around, Michigan Central Station
