They should be encouraging civil discussions and listening to alternative opinions in order to provide real leadership … not blocking people, ever.

@McDonalds I used that form twice in Aug/Sept without any success. I completed anyone last night too. I have spoken to the local owners today (only because I called in favors to get their direct numbers). Corp and local ownership should be more engaged than sending “we are sorry” letters.

@McDonaldsCorp Since July, I have 115k of pts in your Rewards App. Unfortunately, in Aug and once again tonight, the West Frankfort KY location fraudulently charged me $17.20 and $8.26. Tonight, the local manager used profane and racist language when I attempted to get a refund.
