ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ತಾತ್ಕಾಲಿಕವಾಗಿ ನೇಮಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿದ್ದ 6,500 ವೈದ್ಯರು ಹಾಗೂ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಯನ್ನು ಇನ್ನೂ 6 ತಿಂಗಳು ಮುಂದುವರೆಸಲು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಸಿದ್ಧವಿದೆ. ಇದರ ಜೊತೆಗೆ 1,246 ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ವೈದ್ಯಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಒಟ್ಟು 2,158 ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳ ಭರ್ತಿಗೆ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿದ್ದು ಜನವರಿ 15ರೊಳಗೆ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆ ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳ್ಳಲಿದೆ.
