@Europcar_UK hi...disgusted with service from europcar today. Been queuing for 2.5hours to collect a car, booked over a week ago! And still waiting for it to arrive, be cleaned and sanitised! No info whilst queuing, and no apologies either! What are you going to do about this?

@thetrainline To be fair Andy, he has contacted several times and had no response at all! Since he first contacted train line, all our trains for next week have been cancelled. We had three different journeys to do!

@thetrainline hi, can you help please. I've had an email telling me my trains have been cancelled, how do I get a refund on tickets that were non-refundable? I can't rebook as there are no trains to rebook to! Also, no explanation for why the trains have been cancelled! 🤔😔
