@afda_co_za I find it very upsetting that you flunk someone when your software malfunctions and shift the responsibility to the student to sort it out, because “it’s not your software”. YOU CHOSE TO USE THE SOFTWARE NOT THE STUDENT. The student has on multiple occasions attempted to rectify the issue, even mailing his assignments to the lector directly only to get told that because he didn’t submit via your broken system he can’t be graded and then you flunk him! How is this fair? Then nobody is available to assist with the issue and we still get the same stupid reply!

I AM APPALLED AND FURIOUS! Do you think we have money for nothing? Are we paying you for a service or are we paying the turnitin team? How can this be acceptable? Multiple times the student tried to get this sorted and you reply like this?

Not only that but the day after you flunk him NOBODY IS AVAILABLE TO ASSIST US WITH OUR QUERY?! Then we get told we will be able to sort this out on the 6th when everyone is back but now we still get played up and down? Are we fiddles?

I need an answer urgently please!
