I don't understand why to discontinue a stable app for a crappy half baked one with less features.

@UIDAI It is still same.. I am not sure the meaning of “try after some time”. Is it days/weeks/years? mAadhar app is so stable. Why this half baked crappy app is launched instead of building more features into mAadhar?

@ICICIBank_Care @jagograhakjago @RBI never thought it's so complicated issue. @ICICIBank_Care working on it for last one month. @AdaniOneCare washed their hands & ok to cancel the card if I am not happy. So sad to see such a big brands misleading customers & launching half-baked products

@ICICIBank_Care there is nothing to connect and assist. Just credit my 7% rewards or cancel my card period! I prefer DM or email than call and say "What is the issue?", "we will assure you the resolution soon". I sent details in DM a month back. what r u doing till now?
