@shisodia_sumeet Agreed. I once attended a Rs 99 masterclass on yoga. After just 1 session, they pitched a package of Rs. 40,000 for a 3 month program that included diet plans and other services. The upsell felt overly aggressive and far from convincing.

I used to consume Britannia whole wheat bread- but again misleading labels- so switched to the health factory whole wheat bread.
Used to love Nestle Kitkat- now it’s just a sugar stick.
