My corporate laptop is under @HPSupport .Had opened a ticket last Tuesday for an issue. After an hour of non productive troubleshooting the service agent said she will call back in 24 hours with a resolution. Been a week , no response, no resolution. Horrible!!! #HP #HPAMS
