@Delta We're Platinum + want resolve a baggage damage claim (# 17748120) that's been going on since Jan. Our stroller was damaged at a gate check, the manufacturer confirmed it's not normal wear. It was approved + then reversed with no justification. Can you plz help? #DeltaHelp
@LNER We would prefer a refund on the 10am train since it was cancelled and we’ve booked the 9am as the site says tickets were available for that time. How do we get a refund or is it automatically refunded since the train was cancelled? Thank you
