@silverpebble But all that guilt is not helping them. The bad energy is winning. We should reenforce the good vibrations of the world as we are in a position that we can. We are not at that war. So I’m trying to elevate my energy to help equalize the world. Mor people doing it mor effective is
@silverpebble Yes I do. It feels the least I can do is to be aware of news on the war. To turn it off feels extremely rude. I also understand it affects my mental health. I feel extremely sad, anxious, anger, I even got sick for 12 days and that also makes me feel guilty and weak.
If it’s easy to be yourself alone at home but hard when we are with others, we as a friend, a family member, a stranger, a coworker and as a society should work on how to receive others authenticity.
@sanathemonster. I would like to add that one thing we should work on besides being authentic, is that we all should work on how we receive others authenticity. 😉 https://t.co/VoOscGsYUs
@theChrisDo It’s been really hard to think about anything else but all the parents and kids going through this war right now. Their pain it’s in my mind 24/7.
@ms_sheima@crankh Thanks! Gonna check him out 🙏. It was a lovely conversation @ms_sheima! It inspired me to post and share my tree hugging habit with the world. 🙏
I’m also a person that goes with the flow and how I feel it. However a little spark of discipline & some schedule is needed it right now. https://t.co/okUXAj4X8a
It doesn't matter how hardcore you are.
Every living creature on this planet needs rest.
I know this because I used to be an achievement junkie.
But then I collapsed.
And it was probably one of the best things that happened to me.
Here's my story 👇

@theChrisDo@LcswNidhi How do you get through all this mindsets blocks when you start a career late in life? Design school, 10 year gap, back to design career.
@kungpikliu Oh I see. I can see that too. The funny thing about coca-cola is that in my personal history coca-cola was a magical innocent brand that became a monster. It was really hard to quit. But it’s been like 17 years I don’t drink coke.
