@bryan_johnson Serious question - considering how COVID completely messed up your markers, do you use controlled distancing in your day to day life as a way to avoid repeated virus infections and increase lifespan?
@MattWalshBlog I don't want to live longer than average - for real (if lucky). But these people are not only doing it for themselves, and their "hacks" will benefit many of us under 70, 60, 50... let people live. Especially when they are minding their own business - thought that was your motto
@bryan_johnson Respecting, appreciating and admiring your journey here, especially the science involved. Yet don't share that same passion for longevity at all. People with this pitiful mindset must entertain envy at its root... It's too obvious.
@bryan_johnson It's crazy... in my heart, I'm anti-longevity - at least in my case๐ But I love what you're doing... how can I not? Attracting attention to fight cognitive and physical decline. YOU DA BESTโจ๏ธ
The best place to relax is near water.
After just 2 minutes of viewing water outdoors, blood pressure and heart rate drop. It's more calming to look at a lake, pool, or stream than trees or grass.
Beaches are popular for a reason. Wider bodies of water bring more tranquility.
A rare gem, the rainbow lattice sunstone. The intricate lattice pattern, formed by tiny mineral inclusions, creates a mesmerizing canvas for the gemstone's remarkable play of colors.
