New #corpgov principle: if your share class structure confuses @AnnMLipton or requires her multiple rounds of explication, it’s likely not shareholder friendly
All right, I had a big thread on Robinhood's S-1, which I deleted and am now redoing. I apologize to all who have to endure this - and who engaged originally - but I'm trying to make sense of these control rights and I went back and forth on it and now I'm trying again:
@Uber_Support it’s been over 6 hours, no reply. A driver took our baby supplies and cancelled the ride. No one from Uber is helping- I have filed 10 tickets on the app. This is completely unacceptable.
@Uber_Support a driver just drove off with a bag of baby food and kosher food for Passover and cancelled. It is impossible to reach Uber and I will need to get the food back and will need reimbursement for baby supplies. I am Uber one member.
Congrats to @ThomasKunjappu and the team at Cleary for this fundraise! Not an easy time to be raising money for a startup, but they have a real business.

“For the first time, spending on #energytransition technologies appears to have caught up with #fossilfuels supply investment, even as the global energy crisis led to an uptick in the latter.”
Well deserved congratulations to @kirstinferguson - I met with hundreds of directors and executives during my two years in Australia - she was hands down one of the most impressive people I met. Period. Nice to see her getting recognition.
Surprised. Grateful. Excited. Humbled.

Folks have been asking about my 2nd vote in the at-large council race. Here's my answer:

Unfortunately, the same can not be said for the other incumbents⬇️
This week, I'm introducing the "Trick-or-Streets Amendment Act of 2022."
If passed, the bill would create an expedited permit for closing local streets to vehicles on 10/31, for pedestrian safety and fostering community connections.

The repeatedly-exploding-clown-car-at-the-circus act that is the Tory party is remarkable to watch from afar. Just a rolling parade of helpless ciphers and charlatans, each less charismatic than the next, falling over each other in shambling, doomed quests for a cursed job.
