@RAC_Care my husband, his friend&son broke down at 10pm last night on the way home from Wembley. (It was his friend’s car) they were approx 100 miles from home. He has just arrived home at 9am! How on earth can you call it a service when it has taken 11 hours to sort! #appalled

@RoyalMailHelp I posted a passport via 1st class recorded delivery on 31/01/23 at 16:14. I’ve tracked it today & it states it is still at the post office. I’m concerned it hasn’t gone anywhere in 3-4 days? Can you assist as the postmaster said it would be delivered the next day.
