VICTORY: CVS just announced that it will withdraw CVS v. Doe from the Supreme Court docket and end its attempt to roll back disability rights.

This case could have undercut the foundation of disability rights laws.

DC’s detained students are entitled to special education, even when education is being provided virtually. Giving them generic packets that don’t even provide basic education and instruction is unacceptable.

Since the beginning of the pandemic, DCPS has failed to provide students who are detained and incarcerated with an appropriate education. 100% of students at the DC Jail have special education needs.
