@skytv the no satellite signal problem seems to be back, any thoughts on when this will be resolved? Couldn't get access to certain channels last couple of days, now no access at all to any.
@BritishGasHelp The "repair " wasn't necessary, your engineer said it could possibly become a problem in time but he happened to have the part in his van and it would cost me nothing for him to do it, misleading to say the least.
@BritishGas had annual boiler service which is incl in cover, now rec'd £60 invoice..engineer suggested I had a new switch fitted on working boiler although I said there was no noise when I switched it on..won't cost me anything as incl in cover, now got an invoice for excess!
@JustEatUK very poor service twice in Haywards Heath area. Ordered from 2 separate restaurants on 2 separate days, no delivery drivers available, time for delivery just getting moved to later and later, although fully aware not delivering.
@coopuk is it possible to only show offers relevant to local stores. But disappointing to see offers on app to be told by my local store I can't get that deal there especially when the particular good items are being sold there, e.g your steak & chips offer. Thx
@easyJetholidays we were left stranded on 28th Aug after our flight home from Marrakech got cancelled. Sat on a plane for 6 hrs, left in airport terminal with no assistance for overnight accommodation. Told to book for ourselves and now you're rejecting the hotel expenses claim?
@easyJet how can you reject an expenses claim for a hotel we were forced to book as you cancelled a flight we had been sitting on for 6 hours on the tarmac and didn't take off until the next day?
@British_Airways I'd attempted to apply for a voucher before the travel date. Although point is if customers can't contact https://t.co/hHDG9J7jjv either as their phone lines are down then how can they cancel a flight.
@British_Airways although my flight on 28th Dec operated put of LHR the Government advice was it was illegal to travel from tier 4, I'm classed as a no show therefore no refund or voucher offered. How is this fair to customers? Booked through @lastminute_com no refund from them
