I wouldn’t recommend talk talk to my worst enemy @talktalk they are the worst company I’ve ever encountered, you get passed around from department to department and not a single person knows what they are doing

@TalkTalk switched me over to a package with 3 months free, yet for the past 2 months have taken payment for my old package, despite me talking to them twice - stop taking my money!

@TotalFitness I emailed that email address yesterday, I doubt I would get a reply - as well as emailed 3 times to try and cancel my membership, before this. That email address is not monitored or your customer service is poor
