@bookingcom Yes, and I have replied as I need confirmation that the booking has been cancelled. I only have the word of the @guest_res agent that this has been done and I don't trust them.

Have been scammed in a big way by @guest_res who have taken a significant amount of money out of my account, much more than cost of the hotel rooms I thought I was booking directly through hotel. They have not sent confirmation code so cannot contact them. 1/2

@bookingcom I have and I understand. This issue does not reflect well on your company although not your fault and I would suggest banning @guest_res from making reservations on your site. They are bringing your company into disrepute.

@guest_res I cannot give you the reservation information as you have not sent it to me. You have apparently made a reservation at the hotel - I can't cancel it as it was made by you through @bookingcom and not by me. All I want to do is cancel the reservation and get my money back. #scam

@FedExEurope My urgent package which was due to be delivered this morning and for which I paid an extra £30 to have delivered today is not here because your driver couldn’t find my house. The whole package is worthless if it doesn’t arrive today contact seems impossible!!!
