Customers of most of the large banks, including HDFC Bank are not able to use this online payment feature.

My account continues to have a balance of Rs. 3000 which I am seeking a refund as I do not want to use Uber services due to the current COVID situation. But I am being refused of the refund, sighting various reasons. Doesn’t this amount to cheating a loyal Uber customer !!!

@TheFirstGroupCo My calls on their number [phone] go un attended. There has been no response to my E Mails as well. Is TheFirstGroup trying to cheat investors by not refunding the advance collected ???

@TheFirstGroupCo I decided not to go ahead with the investment. It’s been 15 days since I have returned back to India and I have still not received the refund of the advance amount despite my follow up with the property advisor Mr. Vinay Rao and his supervisor Mr. Muhammad Ali.

@TheFirstGroupCo I had visited Dubai on invitation from the The First Group. While making my booking I was asked my make a refundable advance payment of USD 5000, which was supposed to be for holding the price of the investment. But for obvious reasons
