گروه هماهنگی عدالت انتقالی با نشر اعلامیه‌ای در پیوند به نشست نمایندگان ویژه‌ی کشورها در امور افغانستان در دوحه گفته است که در هر روندی با هدف یافتن راه‌حل برای افغانستان، نمایندگان قربانیان جنگ حضور داشته باشند و نیازها و انتظارات آنان برای عدالت تضمین شوند.

این گروه بر رویکرد قربانی‌محور در تمام بحث‌ها و فرآیندهای مربوط به حال و آینده‌ی افغانستان تأکید کرده و گفته است که بسیار مهم است که اطمینان حاصل شود که صدای قربانیان نه تنها شنیده می‌شود، بلکه در مرکز فرآیندهای گفت‌وگو و تصمیم‌گیری است و راه را برای یک راه‌حل واقعا فراگیر و عادلانه هموار می‌کند.
