Nobody denies RN is a historical asset with immense charisma, but his leadership style is inherently chaotic. If you are constantly managing "seaweeds" and daily drama, you aren't building a stable institution, you are just surviving self-created crises. A Chairperson needs to be a unifier, not an agent of chaos. @MickailNaseem has consistently proven his ability to work across differences of opinion without turning disagreements into fractured splinter groups.
