also any other best practises here? basically my lower left wisdom tooth has pockets around it and never really came out, and just stays constantly slightly bad (usually doesn't hurt but has bad smell)
i can't keep pushing this, it's time to take out my wisdom tooth
it has smelled bad for 4 years and at like 3 occasions it has been hurting and been infected/inflammed

Semaglutide is becoming one of the most impressive drugs in modern medicine (GLP-1 antagonists)
A new analysis of 17,604 people with cardiovascular disease and overweight or obesity found that it reduced the inflammatory marker hsCRP by 38%.
But more interesting: The effect began within weeks, before substantial weight loss had occurred, and was even observed in people who did not (!) lose weight.
Patients with the highest inflammation had a 2โ4ร greater risk of cardiovascular events and death, while semaglutide reduced cardiovascular risk across all inflammation levels.
Seriously, this medication is a miracle. Presumably, it should soon be recommended to almost everyone.
It's kinda insane how much ChatGPT has improved since 5.2, a model which was absolutely infuriating, a massive gaslighter and shutter down of most creative thoughts. 5.6 is funny, creative, amazingly capable and puts OpenAI back in the race. @OpenAI@ChatGPT
@InfiniteHexx 4.8 is a massive improvement over 4.7, which is an insane gas lighter. I can't comment much on coding. But, 4.6 is really the last model to write fiction about real public figures.
4 words: Drop That Fucking Classifier. Claude 4.6 is fun. Claude 5 is smart, but gas lights and shuts down all the time. AI shouldn't be exhausting. Although, it's a wild improvement over 4.7, which I feel is almost universally despised.
@kimmonismus Thanks for the feedback. Yeah I agree that Opus 5 is a really spiky model and we want our models to be consistent and warm and feel like Claude.
Weโre working hard on this and it is a huge priority for us.
The accusation that I am antisemitic is appalling and fundamentally dishonest. Criticizing the actions of the Israeli prime minister, a military technology contract, or the executives who supply it is not the same as criticizing Jewish people. This critical and necessary dialogue is then dishonestly framed as being anti-Israel.ย To be clear, my views come from my own political convictions and should never be interpreted as hostility toward Jewish people, for whom I have deep love and respect.ย Everything I know about acting, activism, and humanism has been profoundly shaped by the Jewish friends, colleagues, and loved ones who have been integral and family throughout every point of my life.
This merger has real consequences for real people, and for the entire country. Scrutinizing the Ellisons, including Oracleโs business built on data, surveillance technology and government contracts, and the serious threat to editorial freedom and the loss of a livelihood for thousands of families, is fair and necessary. The $111 billion deal would hand one family control over CNN, HBO and Warner Bros., backed in part by foreign money whose influence on editorial decisions has never been fully explained to the public.ย
Lawmakers on both sides of the aisle have called for serious national security review, and regulators still havenโt given the public a real answer. Until they do, the merger shouldnโt move forward.ย Now is the time to dive boldly into all these issues, not step back or concede.
For over a year, Canada has worked intensively and in good faith with the United States to negotiate a new comprehensive trade deal. We have been pragmatic, patient, and persistent. Our goal has always been to get the best deal for Canadians, never a deal at any price or on any time frame.
ย
Late last evening I instructed our negotiators to return to Ottawa. We cannot accept what the U.S. has offered, and we will not give what they have asked.ย
ย
Canada will match the U.S.โ new tariffs dollar for dollar in order to protect Canadian workers, farmers, families, and businesses. We take this step confident that it is in the best interests of Canada.ย
ย
In the coming days, we will release the details of these new tariff measures, which will come into force the Tuesday after Labour Day.
