10 years ago:
I badly failed a maths exam. I didn't get the grades I needed for the uni course I originally wanted to do.
10 years later:
I have 2 Masters degrees & (almost) a PhD all from @imperialcollege
I will be starting at HARVARD (!) @hseas in May 2022

Looking to further expand our group’s diversity — if you are interested in a postdoc position working at the interface between soft functional materials and 3D printing — please email me @hseas! Please RT🙏
This was a fun conversation covering #TissueChips, astronauts, being an #EssexGirl far from home, and living life with no regrets. Thanks for the invite to take part in a fantastic series, and it was an honour to close out the inaugural series @AinscoughAlex!

As with all #MakingAScientist episodes, hear all about Lucie’s career path, how she made the decisions she did and her incredible advice for early career researchers.
I know I say this every time, but this really is a truly brilliant episode! An amazing way to end the series!!
