@jessi_cata @cube_flipper If you equate preference satisfaction with valence, which I do (but afaik cube doesn't), you can still compare them, by normalising the preference function (adding by the min value and dividing by the integral) and then weighting the whole thing with something like:

@cube_flipper It's a good question to contemplate. There's a way it could not be. But it probably is.
The measure is not observable from the inside (or in another sense, at all), and it's one of the reasons I gave up, because people've thought they're perceiving it from the inside for a while.
