@AbsaUganda Hi I sent my number as requested but no contact. Still no email from customer service and still no account access. Hope my money is safe. This is very confidence destroying.
@TalkTalk Really? Assurance from you as well without any info....? How did you confirm the engineer? Looks like all avenues at talktalk lead to dead ends. Thanks. Hopefully i will be lucky and openreach go and fix my fault while attending some other providers customer's fault.
@TalkTalk how does one escalate an issue? 3 weeks without internet and still doing the same tests and going round in circles. Brightspark engineer attended and diagnosed the fault as a crossover fault in the exchange. But two weeks on and the fault has not been sent to openreach.
@TalkTalk It takes 20mins of phone calls and escalation to get to the point where your agent/managers seems to suggest an openreach engineer needs to be sent. After waiting the maximum 72h we start the process again and get promised again that this time one has been really booked.
@TalkTalk I have been without internet for 3 weeks and counting. Keep having to call and chat online with your help desk. I have an active complaint as well but nothing seems to matter. Your engineer tested everything in my house and diagnosed the fault as an external fault two weeks ago.
