@WolvesCouncil Council instructions 2 residents state unwanted bins can b left out for collection on waste collection day. Woodcote Rd is today. I can see 4 + green bins in my road plus my own, but for 3 weeks now the Council hasn't collected them. Will it be today? @ExpressandStar @WVConCllrs
